Responsible to develop training (blended) & support strategies, managing the execution of a team of 27+ professionals, agency support teams, and multi-million dollar budgets

The Result:

  • Successful implementation of a new management system (CCC One) and subsequent new ERP system implementation in 350+ locations, impacting 6000+ employees

    Immediately followed by:

  • Staffing restructure (both revised and the creation of new roles) and requisite process redesign in 350+ location, impacting 1000+ employees

Establishment of On the Road Garage’s Apprentice Program

2020

On the Road Garage’s Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program is transforming the way the industry develops talent. The program is fully integrated into every repair center & includes career pathways (5 currently) in every department.
